Mikhail oversees all company operations and procedures. In addition, he also assists with the on and off-field representation of DSE’s football clients as well as assistance with research support, pre-draft training and client maintenance.

 

Mikhail is mainly in charge of managing the football operations for all professional leagues outside the NFL for all clients. He has helped place clients in the UFL, CFL, and Arena football leagues. His relationships with those teams and knowledge of the market allow all clients to continue their careers.

 

As a former football player, he possesses a bond and commonality with football athletes, which enables him to understand and communicate more effectively with clients. Having been a former football player, he understands the unique challenges and stressors impacting athletes on a daily basis. His football experience provides him with extraordinary knowledge of the game and the players in professional football today. Combining the two worlds has become a natural and winning combination for him.

 

Born in Bronx, New York, Mikhail De Irish is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport.
