Olivia serves as a liaison between the agency and corporate partners for appearances and endorsements, ensuring athletes successfully meet their goals off the field and court. She performs varying tasks within the company, from planning corporate functions to maintaining every-day business needs. Her main focus is making sure our clients’ are satisfied and accommodated at all times. From family travel to ticket requests, as well as managing logistics for the DSE staff, Olivia takes great pride in making sure DSE stands alone in terms of first class client maintenance and service. 

Olivia has a great passion for sports, including her love for all her hometown sports teams. She enjoys networking, collaborating and connecting with people. In the past Olivia has worked as an office manager, sales manager, catering manager, event producer, and is currently a licensed realtor. In every capacity, her focus has been on forging lasting relationships with clients. She understands that the most important part of any business transaction is the people involved and has built a reputation as a passionate and dedicated dealmaker.

Born in Washington, D.C., Olivia Merlino is a graduate of Temple University Fox School of Business & Management.
