Sharina oversees all operations in the entertainment division. She works with artists (songwriters, producers, engineers, instrumentalists/musicians, etc.) on all matters related to their musical careers. With expertise and services ranging from artist management and career consulting to acoustic music radio promotion and concert, festival and event production; Sharina brings a wide variety of experience, knowledge and insight to our firm. Always thinking outside the box to maximize opportunities for those she works with and for the projects she pursues, Sharina is effective at producing the desired results with excellence and integrity.

Started out as a little girl in the music industry vocal trained by Bill and James Moss she reached new heights in the gospel world. Sharina has performed with such artist like Anita Baker, Marvin Winnings, Clark Sisters and J. Moss. In 2006 she signed with Sony/BMI records overseas in Europe which gave her the opportunity to perform, record and live in Paris France. Sharina has also recorded and performed with French artist Koolshen, DJ Dose, DJ Gold fingers and Matt Pokora. 

Her strategic thinking is based not only on advising clients on how to practically advance their careers, but in considering the person behind the artist. Sharina’s main goal is to tailor a business plan to artists and establish actions for its implementation, alongside her empathetic, yet motivational perspectives. Her holistic approach supplies both the roadmap and compass to help keep our clients on track and focused. Sharina’s visionary ability in guiding an individual to realize and actualize his/her highest potential, along with her commitment to supporting the “whole artist,” has kept her in demand as an artist manager for our firm.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Sharina Mcfall is a graduate of Michigan State and is proficient in French and Spanish.
